Our Team

Patrick Bismuth
Owner/Founder
Patrick Bismuth founded Lily’s Promise with a simple but heartfelt vision: to create the kind of home he would want for his own family. Inspired by the compassion, generosity, and unwavering dedication of his mother, Lily, Patrick established Lily’s Promise in 2013 with the belief that seniors deserve more than quality care—they deserve dignity, meaningful relationships, and a place where they truly feel at home.
Originally from Montreal, Canada, Patrick earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. Early in his career, he worked with Fortune 500 companies, helping organizations improve operations and technology systems before launching his own successful consulting business at the age of 28.
In 2008, Patrick, seeking an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, began applying his business expertise to the senior living industry. He became involved in the revitalization and operation of Claremont Retirement Village in Columbus, Ohio, a senior living community serving nearly 200 residents. In 2018, he acquired Claremont Retirement Village, further expanding his commitment to providing exceptional care and enriching the lives of seniors.
While Patrick has extensive experience leading large senior living communities, his passion has always been in creating environments where residents are truly known and cared for as individuals. That passion became the foundation of Lily’s Promise.
Today, Patrick continues to lead Lily’s Promise with a family-first philosophy. He believes that the best care happens in a warm, intimate setting where caregivers build genuine relationships with residents and where families have peace of mind knowing their loved ones are safe, comfortable, and cherished.
Under Patrick’s leadership, Lily’s Promise has remained committed to the values that inspired its name: compassion, respect, dignity, and treating every resident as a member of the family.

At Lily’s Promise, we set the bar high when it comes to the level of care that we offer. That is why we select our caregivers very carefully.
Some of the characteristics we look for are innate love for seniors, integrity, reliability, level of experience, and social skills.
Our standards are high so that your loved one receives the best care possible.
However, we don’t stop there. All our caregivers are then exposed to ongoing training in every aspect of their job.
We also use a training series developed by Teepa Snow, a Dementia and Alzheimer care expert, to make sure that our caregivers are adept at handling specific issues related to this disease.
We're proud of our amazing team.
